After filling out the credit application, you will need the following to ultimately be approved:

• Proof of Income
• Proof of Housing (Copy of most recent statement)
• Proof of Residence (mail addressed to residence, no older than 30 days)
• Phone Bill (Cell or Local)
• Reference Sheet (10 in total: 4 family 6 friend)
• Driver's License
• Proof of Social Security Number (Tax ID Number)
• Proof of Insurance (full coverage)
